Terms of Use
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and All Phone Leads, Inc. (doing business as FinancialAdviser.com) ("we," "us"). By using FinancialAdviser.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
General Information Only
Content on the Site is for general educational purposes. It isn't investment, tax, legal, insurance or other professional advice, and it doesn't create an adviser-client or any other professional relationship. We aren't an investment adviser, broker-dealer, tax preparer, lender, insurance company or law firm. Talk with a qualified professional about your own situation before making decisions.
Accuracy
We work to keep information accurate and current and to cite primary sources. Rules, rates and products change, though, and we don't guarantee that every page is complete, current or error-free. Confirm important details with the original source or provider.
Third-Party Sites and Partners
The Site links to other websites and may feature partners. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. Your dealings with them are between you and them.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or sell our content without permission; scrape the Site; interfere with its operation; or use it in any way that breaks the law.
Intellectual Property
The Site's content, design, logos and trademarks belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE AREN'T LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SITE IS LIMITED TO $100. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Disputes and Arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your rights.
- Try to resolve it first. Before filing a claim, email info@allphoneleads.com with a description of the problem and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.
- Arbitration. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be decided by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, not in court. For claims of $10,000 or less, we'll pay the filing, administration and arbitrator fees if you ask us to.
- Small claims. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court.
- No class actions. Claims may be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
- Opting out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@allphoneleads.com within 30 days after you first use the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration section.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
